Mea Sai is one and half hour drive from the here and is the border town between Myanmar and Thailand. Busses and Autos were arranged for our travel. We played Bhajan Antakshari in Bus. I was busy zealously clicking photographs…specially after abstaining from doing so during Yagna.
The country side was too beautiful to miss capturing. The roads converging into horizons were sandwiched by greenery and feet of tall hills. Occasionally sign boards. Atmosphere was pristine. We reached Mea Sai by 03:30 PM. We were truly surprised at what welcomed us!
Bhajans were soul stirring. It was exactly forty days that He left the sacred body, and all of us in the bhajan hall were secretly carrying that grief in our hearts. Once the bhajans picked up tempo and fervor, tears of Love for Lord started to flood the cheeks of everyone. Everyone was missing Him physically and I think were complaining “growing up” from His physical presence “OMNIPRESENCE”. Mama addressed us after the bhajan. His eyes were still bedewed and cheeks wet. Mama reminded and assured us about His presence.
I should mention about Bhajans. I understood why God made so many languages at ARMY. It is for us to derive joy by singing His glory in different Languages. There were Marvaris, Hindi, Tamilians, Malayalis, Malaysians, and Thai devotes all singing Prasanthi Mandir Bhajans in the flavor of their mother tongue.
Every Bhajan offered to Lord was suffused with Love. I got reminded of Swamy’s Birthday Discourse addressing millions of people gathered in the stadium , where He said many a times, “ I am so happy , I have become the subject of your Love” . He is our Love. He is Love .
The Bhajan Hall was aesthetically decorated according to traditional Thai culture. True to the essence of Sarva Dharma, images of various Hindu deities, including that of Hari-Haranatha Swamy, Chinese Goddesses were on the wall sculptures. Swami’s statue was at the center of the Alter.
Bhajans concluded at 08:00 PM with Mangala harathi to Swamy.
Bhajans were followed by Bhojan. It was an elaborate Indo – Thai meal. After wonderful Bhajan & Bhojan, we bid good bye to our lovely hosts and left for Bandu. It was about 11:00 PM by the time we reached Bandu. Mama and select few had stayed back at Mei Sai to perform Rudrabhishekam at Mandir in Mea Sai. Myself, Panth, Shanmukh, Tarakesh and Prasanna had satsangh with Nagananda till 03:00 AM. Others too were having satsang and sharing their joys in their own groups. Those who were completely exhausted retired for the day.
We were asked to pack our luggage and be ready to leave for Bangkok early next morning. IT was emotional to Leave Swami’s residence where we had experiences of a life time. Everyone went and offered personal prayers to Swamy. The Double-Decker busses had arrived for our pick up. The organizers had packed our dinner into boxes and every possible care was taken for our comfort.

We were welcomed at the Bhajan mandir. Yes bhajan Mandir!! Samosas, Vegrolls, Sago, soup, Coffee, Tea, and milk shakes were on the snack table all for our consumption, which we did with gusto. We went shopping, bargained and bought china makes. We returned by 05:50 Pm for 06:00 PM Bhajan.
